we let you add different coffees together to create your own blend with the origin flavors you like. how cool is that?

'is the coffee fresh?'
you know it. fresh-crop offerings. roasted to order and shipped same day
'cool, speaking of shipping, how to you ship'
if it's just a single 12oz bag, we ship either usps first class or ups ground. if it's two or three 12oz bags, we ship usps priority. larger orders ship usps, ups or fedex, whichever is most cost effective and quickest
'when will my order ship?'
roasting schedule is currently mon-thurs. if we get your order before 8am roasting day, we can typically get it out the same day.
e.g. an order placed monday at 5pm will be roasted and shipped tuesday. an order placed 4am thursday will ship same day. an order placed friday am will roast and ship the next monday.
'can you grind the coffee?'
we can, but wholebean is default. we really encourage these amazing coffees be ground right before brewing but understand this is always possible. if you were really hoping to get it ground, hit us up in the order notes how you would like it ground and we'll toss it in our ek43 and grind it up nice. sample packs are the only one that is wholebean only
'returns or refunds?'
if there's a fulfillment, shipping issue or off-roast that somehow missed our awesome quality controls, we'll make it right. but with a food product we can't accept returns.

'where are you located at?'
